• Californian poppy 300mg
• Tart cherry 160mg
• Chamomile extract 4:1 100mg
• Magnesium as Magnesium bisglycinate  100mg
• Ginger root 50mg
• Lavender powder extract 20mg
• Zinc picolinate 10mg
• Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine HCL) 10mg

Also contains: Methylcellulose (capsule), Microcrystaline cellulose (MCC).

Directions

Take: 3 capsules daily, with food in the evening, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Precautions

• Do not take if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
• Do not take with warfarin or other blood thinning medication
• If you are undergoing cancer treatment or have recently been diagnosed, please do not take this product due to the methylated B's.
• Be cautious when taking antibiotics and immunosuppressants. Consult with your healthcare professional if on any medication.
• Head caution that many of the sedating herbs in this product can enhance the effects of sedative medications i.e. benzodiazepines.
• Always read the label and take as directed. Vitamins are supplementary to a balanced diet.
